Role: Injury Rehabilitation and Movement Specialist and Personal Trainer

Rob has been a Personal Trainer for over 9 Years. During this time Rob has developed and honed in on his passion, which is helping people return to full health following injury. Rob has noticed through his Crossfit coaching that many of his clients pick up injuries through poor movement mechanics or excessive sedentary postures that have been heavily developed over many hours, days, weeks and months of people compounding these restrictions.

Rob constantly strives to improve his own knowledge and has recently completed the Training Stimulus’ Movement Mechanics mentorship program where they focus on identifying root causes of injuries, niggles or plateaus in sporting performance.

He has always loved working with those who train in a gym and has a trained eye for recognising common movement faults that often lead to injuries.
