Role: Personal Trainer
Samantha (Sam) Williams has been a Personal Trainer for 10 years.
Sam is also qualified to devise and advise on nutritional plans tailored to individual needs. Sam has always been active and a sports enthusiast and, after watching how individuals adapt to different training programmes, supplies appropriate coaching and training to achieve the best possible results for each client.
Sam specialised in Obesity and Diabetes programming and utilises this experience to optimise training programmes to improve clients’ quality of life. As well as this, Sam sees many pregnant clients devising appropriate training programmes to ensure maximum strength and fitness during and after the pregnancy. Sam also works in tandem with clinicians and therapists following GP/exercise referrals.
Sam has worked with professional wheelchair athletes representing Great Britain in competition being part of the training team to improve mobility, strength and wellbeing. Sam also enjoys pushing and developing local/regional athletes achieve their personal performance based goals.
In her spare time, Sam enjoys running, fitness training and spending time with her husband and two children.
